The system functionality extension

We would like to announce new changes in the system. We made changes in the report templates “Total calls by months”, “Total calls by departments” and “Accrued points”. In addition to this, we have added a new report type: “Calls by phone numbers” with the help of which it is easy to search for calls by a certain phone number. Now the system users with the appropriate access permission can add phone numbers to the database.
