Optimization of subscriber ticket information view

Zvonokla provides not only IP telephony services but also simple CRM system solutions for work with company's clients. The system has the function for managers to view subscribers tickets. We have improved it: a manager can see more information about a subscriber, including his basic and additional data, call history (call date, name and surname of the manager who has called a subscriber, comment on the last call, call status and the list which the phone number has been taken from), last calls to this subscriber, number of sales deals and current tasks for this phone number. These functions, implemented to the sales CRM system, are very convenient for customers accounting and interaction with them.
