We added timetable scheduler to the CRM system

Zvonokla CRM technologies and IP telephony continue to acquire new functional solutions. Integration of the telephony with the CRM system allows to make not only calls more convenient, but also work within the system. In order to make it possible to schedule working hours, we have implemented special solution — timetable scheduler. Chief operators can schedule timetable, add shifts, view operators who are present at their workplace according to the shift, those who work not according to their shift or those ones who aren't at work. Also chief operators receive email with notification about the operators who work not under their shift. Timetable scheduler is an efficient tool for call center operation.
